01 / Our approach

A strong foundation.
A thoughtful next chapter.

Redoubt Three is being built to acquire and hold established businesses whose owners are ready for a transition. Our ambition is to create a portfolio of valuable companies by honoring their heritage and helping them reach their next stage of growth.

That starts with understanding what already works: the people who make the business run, the customers who trust it, and the relationships earned over years. From there, we bring clearer processes, stronger leadership, and practical innovation.

Preserve the character.
Strengthen the capabilities.
I

Leadership

Set a clear direction, develop people, and take responsibility for the outcome.

II

Trust

Communicate honestly, follow through, and earn confidence through consistent action.

III

Innovation

Improve the way work gets done with useful technology and disciplined processes.

IV

Relationships

Build on the connections with employees, customers, and partners that make a company valuable.

02 / What we seek

Businesses with roots.
Room to grow.

We are interested in established companies with real customer value, a respected market presence, and an owner who cares about the future of the business.

01

An earned reputation

A company known for doing good work, serving its customers, and following through on its commitments.

02

A durable customer need

Products or services that solve meaningful problems, supported by strong relationships and continuing demand.

03

A meaningful transition

An owner considering retirement, succession, or a new chapter—and looking for a thoughtful steward.

04

A path to stronger performance

Opportunities to improve commercial execution, operating processes, leadership development, and profitability.

Every business has its own story. These principles guide our interest; the details begin with a conversation.

03 / For business owners

The next chapter
should feel right.

A sale is more than a financial transaction. It is a decision about the people, reputation, and work you have spent years building.

01

Start with your story.

What makes the business special? What are you proud of? What would a successful transition look like for you?

02

Understand the fit.

Discuss the business, its people, its opportunities, and whether our ownership philosophy aligns with your priorities.

03

Shape the transition together.

If there is a fit, work toward a practical plan for continuity, leadership, and the company's future.

04 / Founder

Jason Gonzalez

Founder, Redoubt Three

West Point graduate.
Former Infantry officer.
Commercial and executive leader.

A belief in leadership, responsible ownership, and building something that lasts.

Leadership is
a responsibility.

Jason's experience spans military leadership and senior commercial roles, including leading large businesses and improving sales organizations, customer strategy, and operating processes.

Redoubt Three brings that experience to a personal mission: acquire good businesses, help their people succeed, and build lasting value through disciplined execution and trusted relationships.

The three leaves in our emblem represent Jason and his wife Teri's three children. They are a reminder that the decisions we make today shape the legacy we leave tomorrow.
